Cuba: the callejon de Hamel is not to be missed in Havana


There is a narrow alley in Havana called Callejon de Hamel, full of street art and sculptures made of found objects. Paintings are colorful and the art is from the Cuban painter, sculptor and muralist Salvador González Escalona.  When I visited it in 2016, I had the chance to see him in action, painting in the middle of the street.
