I went to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice early in 2018. It was about 1.5 year after the unfortunate attacks. I went there just after carnival, it was peaceful, relaxing. Life had resumed to normal there, as it always should have been, and as a French citizen I could feel the pain of my people. The boulevard is about 8km long on the Côte d’Azur (french riviera) and is very popular for joggers, cyclists and families. Sitting and reading while watching the Mediterranean sea is also a perfect way to relax!
Take a long walk on the Promenade des Anglais…
