South Korea: set feet on North Korea at the JSA – DMZ

During an organized trip to the JSA (Joint Security Area) in the DMZ (Korean Demilitarized Zone), I set feet on North Korea. No, I didn’t count it as a country, it is not possible to pass through onto North Korea from the south of the country. Still, it is something to see, and it is only possible through organized tours. I took mine from Seoul. It was well worth visiting the world’s most hostile border!

  1. Border is always interesting, especially this one, it also reminds me the checkpoint between east and west Germany in Berlin, where I have been just before the unification.
