Netherlands: bike on van Gogh’s Starry Night in Eindhoven

Want to walk or bike on the Van Gogh ‘s Starry Night?

There is an amazing design bicycle lane that opened in 2014 in Eindhoven (Netherlands).  It is called the Van Gogh-Roosegaarde cycle path (fietspad in Dutch).  It was designed by the artist Daan Roosegaarde, and it represents the famous painting of van Gogh “Starry Night” with many colored stones that charge with the day light.
Vincent van Gogh lived a few years close by, in a village called Nuenen, and it’s pretty nice to bike there in the summer. Maybe I’ll do a post on that.

If you happen to pass by Eindhoven – on top of saying hi to me – don’t miss to go on this path with a bicycle!  I suggest you get there when the sun goes down, it will be easier to photograph if you do not have a manual camera.

The official website tells more about this amazing cyclepath on this link.

Walking on the Starry Night? How cool is that?
